One would ask if it was easy for Jesus to be so focused. Jesus Christ came to the world as man so that He can experience what we experience. Hebrews 4:14-15 [AMP]) says, "Inasmuch then as we [believers] have a great High Priest who has [already ascended and] passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession [of faith and cling tenaciously to our absolute trust in Him as Savior].

ONLINE TESTIMONY

BABA A. – DIVINE BREAKTHROUGH

Earlier in the month, I loaned out a huge amount of money, I was left with little in my account, and I had to make a payment by Sunday night. However, I realised if I paid my tithe, the money left in my account would not be sufficient for that payment. I decided without hesitation that paying my tithe was priority. I paid my tithe, believing that before the end of the day God would provide money for the payment. I waited all day, but nothing happened. Just as I was about give up and look for who would loan some money, I got a message from someone who wanted me to render a service. He requested for my account details and my profit from the money he transferred was exactly four (4) times the amount I needed to make that payment. Even though I had not had business dealings with him, he made payment first and said I could execute the service at my convenience. I was able to make the payment before the end of that day. Praise the LORD!

After the crucifixion of Jesus Christ on Good Friday, the disciples forgot that on Easter Sunday, there would be a resurrection. They were not totally new to the prophecy concerning Jesus, but their reaction under pressure was disturbing.

There are various types and levels of glory (Proverbs 20:29, 1 Corinthians 11:7; 15:40-41). First, when it comes to the glory of God, there is absolutely no equal. No one can compare to God, He has a glory that is like none other (Exodus 15:11). Moses wanted to know God's ways, he wanted God's presence to go with him and he wanted God to show him His glory. These three requests were about the same thing. When you tell God to show you His glory or let His glory go ahead of you, you are telling God to manifest Himself and make His presence known. Whenever God makes His presence known, He makes it known in an unprecedented way (Isaiah 42:8).

Glory Ahead can be looked at in several ways. For glory to be said that it is ahead, it means that it is coming soon. It can also be said to be in the future. What you have to consider is while you are expecting glory ahead or in glory the future, you have to deal with how you are feeling now; and there has to be a mindset to not get discouraged while you are expecting. Hence, there has to be a change of mind.

Remember, the words that God speaks is alive (Hebrews 4:12). God has spoken that you will see the ‘Glory Ahead;’ it shall become active and operational in your life in Jesus name. His Word is forever settled, and as you enter into 2019, there is ‘Glory Ahead of you!’

The problem is that most times, our pursuits, goals and plans can be different from God's ultimate plan and purpose for our lives; and as such, one can reach his personal goals of becoming a raving success by world's standards with a sense of achievement; but still miss one’s life purpose, thereby not fulfilling our God-given destiny. There has to be an alignment with your plans or goals and God's perfect plan for your life. It is important for you to discover your purpose and ensure that before you meet with God, you align yourself with His own plan and purpose for your life.

Looking at the story of Moses and the bronze serpent, you understand the simplicity, yet profound of the message of salvation. John 3:14-19 says “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him may have eternal life…” The children of Israel rebelled against the LORD, serpents began to bite them, and they began to die. God instructed Moses to erect a bronze serpent, and anyone who is bitten by a real serpent who comes to look up to the bronze serpent will be healed.

How can a man make God arise in a situation? It is through prayer. Don't forget that prayer is not telling God what you want to hear, prayer is telling God what He wants to hear, so that He can do what He wants to do. Therefore, there must be a people who can push aside their lusts and selfish desires, and tell God they want to see His glory manifest in their time. The problem with the Church is that they do not believe the Bible they read; because what is written in it is reproducible. Moses was telling the Israelites that if they wanted to believe God, they should look at His workings in the Scriptures. This is where you must begin to find out if Exodus is fact or fiction. The beauty of Exodus is that all the time, God knew what to do.
